Which payment methods do you accept?
On our website
We accept all credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal. If you do not have a card, you can contact us to make a bank transfer, which you must provide proof of with a photograph.
Once you make a rental or purchase, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive another email providing you with the tracking number for your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of returns or exchanges.

How can I track my order?
It is very simple; you just have to access the DHL or FedEx platform and track it with the tracking number previously sent to your email or via WhatsApp.

How much does shipping cost?
For purchases, the shipping cost to anywhere in Mexico is $250 MXN.
If your purchase amount is equal to or greater than $2,990 MXN, shipping will be FREE.
For accessory sales, the shipping cost is $150 pesos.

Can I rent online?
At the moment, our online rental service is unavailable, but we would be happy to assist you with renting at our Liverpool rental spots.

Can I rent my dress in person?
Of course! You can visit us at our Liverpool rental locations, and if you live in Guadalajara, we look forward to seeing you at our Gdl Flagship Store from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 9 PM, at Av. Terranova 1421, Providencia, ZIP code 44630.

For how many days can I rent a dress?
It can be for 4 or 8 days. If you are going on a trip and will not be able to return before 4 days, we suggest renting it for 8 days.
