Orders ship from our warehouses in Mexico or Spain, depending on product availability. We ship via DHL Express or FedEx. Once your order leaves, you will receive the tracking number via email and can track it from your account.

Free shipping on purchases of $2,590 MXN or more.
For purchases under $2,590 MXN, shipping costs $350 MXN.

We cover all import taxes and duties on your purchase. The price you pay when confirming your order is the final price: you will receive your package with no additional customs or courier charges.

Check that your address is complete and correct before confirming. We cannot modify the address once the order has left the warehouse. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not received, there is a fee for reshipment.

If any product is missing or the package arrives damaged, please email us at online@conspiracionmoda.com within 3 calendar days of receipt, including photographs, so we can resolve it.
