SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Most orders ship the same day. If you need your order sooner, email us at online@conspiracionmoda.com and we’ll prioritize your order.

Where we ship from
Orders ship from our warehouses in Mexico or Spain, depending on availability, via DHL Express. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping to the United States
Free shipping on orders over $199 USD. Orders under $199 ship for a flat $20 USD. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipping. Prices are shown and charged in USD.

Duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes are on us. The price at checkout is the final price: no customs or carrier charges on delivery.

Delivery address
Please check your address before confirming your order; we can’t change it once the order has shipped. Packages returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery are reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Missing or damaged items
Email us at online@conspiracionmoda.com within 3 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out.
