RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Email us at online@conspiracionmoda.com with your order number to start your return and we’ll send you a prepaid DHL return label. Return shipping ($50), plus any duties or customs charges generated by the return, will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and the security tag attached. Items returned without the security tag will not be accepted. Shoes must be returned in their original box. For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bodysuits and swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact.

Refunds cover the item price, excluding original shipping, and are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt and inspection. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the funds.

Clearance items
Items purchased during Clearance events can be returned for store credit only, under the conditions above, and must be received before the event ends. Items marked Final Sale can’t be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only in Mexico and Spain. For a different size or color in the U.S., place a new order and return the original under the policy above.

Fair use
We reserve the right to decline returns from accounts with an unusually high return rate.
