We know you need your dress ASAP, so we will ship it in less than 24 hours, and if your purchases are over $2,990 MXN, express shipping is free throughout Mexico.
Returns and exchanges
At Conspiración, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected.
If your dress wasn’t what you imagined, you can return it hassle-free.
We accept returns and exchanges on all clothing and accessory items—except for those marked as SALE (PRE-LOVED, Summer Sale, or Mega Outlet). We only ask that you contact us within the first 10 days of receiving your order. Pre-Loved dresses are previously worn dresses in good condition that may show signs of wear or use; changes or returns are not accepted for these models. The refund will be processed minus shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept changes or returns on lingerie items.
